Pro Clean Car Wash

Rainy morning and I really needed help with vehicle inside. I plan to drive someone to Indiana and usually clean my car myself. Today I let the pros handle it. They took care of me. This is the 2nd time I have been and always enjoyable experience. Very pleased

Watched the attendant try to close my mirror in (they don’t close) which wasn’t a problem until he decided the push back from the mirror was it just being stuck and then he snapped the housing. I could not say anything as the vehicle was being pre washed at the same time. Great job here.

Now I’m not usually one to complain. However, I got the second tier wash. I didn’t want bare minimum but didn’t want the full things for other reasons. I was expecting a mediocre wash but I was still expecting to get some of the bugs off. It look decent from the inside but after they towel dried the outside I got out and checked and there were still plenty of bugs stuck to the front and over the windshield. At that point I could’ve gotten out and done it myself with an extra 5 minutes and I have done so now. But for 17 I could’ve gone else where and also had the option to have free vacuums and detailing materials(all purpose spray and rags). If you don’t mind a poor wash go ahead but if you’ve got bugs from driving on the highway you’re better off going to a zips or any other chain car wash. I will say the Staff was nice and friendly for the most part and that’s the only reason they are getting 2 stars.

I've used Clean Sweep for clean car needs for as long as they've been on S. Bdway, and always been pleased. It's not always OCD clean, but it's always better than I expect, and if I see something I don't like, they redo it asap. Today, I had two magnet/sticker thingys (cat's paws I bought there in the gift shop a few years back) and the black magnety part would not be outdone by GooBGone and my elbow grease. So I asked them, if they had time to see what they could do. I was just getting the inside/outside, not a real detailing, and they tried. And it was a patience testing chore that Miguel stuck to and completed! He did a great job, persisted in the hot hot sun. I tipped a decent amount in the glass squares and to him, but when I got home, I realized how long he'd spent doing that for me and so I called back, asked to speak to a manager, and LOL it was him, so I thanked him profusely. Anyway, I've tried Jeff's out Nicholasville Road before too and they are not bad. They usually have a longer line and seem to rush me through, but ok. But Clean Sweep is convenient, reasonable and they make you happy before you leave. Thanks Miguel!

This use to be a great car wash but anymore, you are better off to spend your money elsewhere. Got the ceramic seal with super works wash. Mats are soaking wet and put back into my car with visible dirt still on them. Visible dirt basically everywhere, so much so that it made me question if they even vacuumed it. Absolute waste of money and this is my last time giving them a chance. Giving a 2 star because at least the outside was clean but could have done that cheaper and just as well at a drive thru car wash. Highly disappointed.
